THE OPPORTUNITY :
OpenText is seeking for a high-energy, customer-oriented professional with strong communication problem-solving skills and experience with project management, Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce.
The Manager, Marketing Automation will partner with Campaign Managers and Regional Marketing teams to strategize, coordinate, and execute campaigns to achieve target goals and to manage all activities related to campaign planning, development, and execution.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.
You will leverage your relationship skills to build the trust and credibility with the field.
YOU ARE GREAT AT :
Developing comprehensive, integrated digital marketing campaigns as well as making recommendations for email campaign automation and best practices
Building campaign canvas workflows in Eloqua and all associated campaign assets including, but not limited to, segments, emails, landing pages, and forms
Evaluating marketing database and build campaign target segments in accordance with business processes and best practices
Creating and maintaining documentation and scalable processes that reinforce best practices and create the correct data to measure performance
Generating and analyzing standard campaign performance reports; assess campaign performance; and make recommendations for campaign performance improvement and optimization
WHAT IT TAKES :
1-2 years of leading a team of marketing professionals
3-5 years of digital marketing experience, including email, digital advertising, and campaign management
Extensive salesforce and marketing automation experience, preferably Eloqua
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal stakeholders in the organization
Solid project management skills to work closely with team members, product marketing, industry experts, and field marketers to ensure timely execution on all campaigns
Knowledgeable on lead generation and lead management tactics and process, pipeline management and the associated measures and metrics
Advanced analytical skills to understand the campaign metrics and provide meaningful analysis of the campaign performance leveraging Salesforce.

A proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that achieve target goals including leads, pipeline and revenue.
A self-motivated, performance-driven and professional demeanor
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field is required
