The programmer analyst is responsible for development and support of WinDev applications and other ancillary applications for Masonite.
This role will work closely with a team of skilled developers and business analysts who are closely integrated into the plant operations.
The primary application this analyst will support is customer facing and will work through the customer service group for feedback.
It is critical for this role to be bilingual (French & English).
Analyze, design, develop, test, and roll out custom software solutions
Develop / support / maintain webservers and web services
Maintain the standards, controls, process, and best practices for enterprise development and consistent with application architecture / integration and product direction.
Generate cost / effort estimates for software development tasks
Ensure that solutions are fully integrated and tested both technically and within the business process
Develop technical designs based on the functional specifications
Work with IT and business unit leadership in defining strategies and setting priorities for business system improvement
Develops written functional specifications based on analysis of customer requirements
Work with business stakeholders to define and document requirements and to test solutions against those requirements
Research and stay abreast of new technologies and solutions.

2+ years in WinDev
2+ years of relevant business experience required
2+ years of SDLC experience
ERP experience
Adept in using SQL to query data for projects and analytics
Familiar with Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
