With fully equipped vehicles New Electric is prepared to provide fast and efficient service to clients involved in the steel, automotive, chemical, food processing, pharmaceutical and foundry industries.

Our warehouses hold a large inventory of parts and equipment that enables us to provide unsurpassed 24-Hour Service.

The Job :

Located in our Oakville office, and reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, successful candidates will be responsible for generating new leads, scheduling ongoing follow-up, booking meetings, and facilitating inter-branch communication.

Effectiveness in this role is achieved through :

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to be successful in a target-driven environment
  • Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Planning and execution of strategic cold calling initiatives including discovering and researching potential customers within a defined region and / or industrial sector
  • Execute outbound cold calls on a daily basis
  • Scheduling customer meetings for Business Unit Managers and Business Development Managers
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database of contacts and leads
  • Meet personal and business unit quarterly targets
  • Requirements :

  • A highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Strong sales aptitude
  • Experience and comfort in dealing with all levels of management
  • Professional communication skills with an ability to listen, influence, negotiate, and sell over the phone
  • Results oriented, self-driven, passion for success
  • University Degree or College Diploma or equivalent work experience
