Position Scope :
The Account Manager will leverage their strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills to maintain strong relationships with our client’s partners.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, conduct scheduled sales calls and expand customer relationships to achieve market share and volume targets
Provide superior internal and external service to maximize customer satisfaction
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our client’s products / services
Identify and fulfill training needs for account base
Leverage CRM tool for customer activities / advanced meeting & calendar management / internal best practice sharing
Manage and control expense budget for maximum return
Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
Required Skills and Knowledge :
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques (in particular relationship selling), and customer management
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and computer (MS Office) skills
Ability to produce results with minimum supervision, in a fast paced change environment
Organizational and problem solving / analytical skills
Education and Experience :
University degree, preferably in business
Minimum 3 years sales experience in the financial services industry (preferably mortgage lending)
