Position Summary :
The Global Supply Chain Integration Services (SCIS) Business Unit is looking for a Technical Analyst based in Mississauga (Ontario, Canada).
The SCIS Technical Analyst will be joining a team providing implementation and support services to European, North American and Asia-Pacific markets.
As an active member of the Services Delivery Group for the US and Canada, the SCIS Technical Analyst is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Engagement Platform solutions technically and developing new features.
He / she monitors the overall performance of both solutions in relation to the adherence of services to Service Level Objectives (SLOs) agreed with the markets.
The solutions are based on the Salesforce
People or Process Management Responsibility :
Liaison between local business, IT Leaders, Martin Brower COEs and Reyes Holdings IT Shared Services.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to :
Ensure technical support of the Service Delivery Group solutions in accordance with operational support procedures and actively participate in the on-call incident management service.
Liaise with the infrastructure teams managing the day-to-day performance provided by Salesforce, Reyes Holding IT and Martin Brower Global IT services.
Assess & resolve level 1 technical help-desk / support cases (program and software defects, application & batch processes performance issues.
Attends to users and / or SCIS Business Analyst(s) where and when appropriate.
Responsible for monitoring interfaces from / to the Martin Brower ERP system(s), WMS and the Customer’s back office and master data management systems, manage batch windows and data preparation layer procedures.
Develops data integration, migration and deployment strategies.
Develop programs and interfaces to enrich Service Delivery Group solutions with new features.
Develop technical documentation of the Service Delivery Group solutions.
Support solution and technical architect(s) in design & documenting the Service Delivery Group solution.
Develop tools and techniques in coordination with other SCIS members and under the SCIS Service Delivery Manager’s supervision to enhance and streamline development and change control processes.
Continuously improve the performance of the solution by streamlining and optimizing each technical component of the platform.
Participates actively in the development of the restaurant and supplier portals (MBSync), and CRM applications & in the documentation of the solution

Required Skills and Experience :
English (fluent oral / written)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of IT development projects in Web portal application development, design and architecture
2-3 years' experience of Salesforce : implementing and designing enterprise solutions across Salesforce Service, Community and Sales Cloud platforms, including integration from / to a range of external / internal / back-office applications
Solid understanding and knowledge of Salesforce architecture, application, Lightning framework
including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
Experience in developing and maintaining software components and having a strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
Programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle.
Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, with the understanding of Global 24 / 7 operating organization.
Knowledge of System Design Life Cycle management

Practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment
