At chatr, we are on a journey to grow and exceed our sales targets and are seeking a Manager, Prepaid to Postpaid Migrations with experience in managing programs to grow revenue and reduce churn through migrating customers to one our postpaid brands (Rogers or Fido).
We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are excited to test new strategies and can navigate multiple projects while collaborating with several teams.

This position will be responsible for delivering on revenue and churn key performance indicators, working very closely with the Pricing, Brand, Customer Relationship Management Operations, Postpaid Marketing and Customer Base Management (CBM), Channels and Go to Market teams.
