Skills and abilities that are required for this particular role are :
Proven Customer Service Experience
Bilingual (English / French)
Ability to listen, and identify computer related issues over the phones from clients
Ability to articulate technical instruction to support our clients with computer software hardware or configuration issues
IT related certification is considered an asset (TIL)
Strong communications skills oral, written
Government Security Clearance needed
Familiarity / Experience with Google Services / Google Cloud Services
Familiarity / Experience with IPad / Apple Technology / iPhones
Familiarity / Experience with MS Suite, MS Office 2013 or greater, MS Exchange, MS Active Directory
Familiarity / Experience with Remote technologies : VDi and VMWare
Previous experience doing overnight shift work if required
