Your work will include :

  • Oversight of overnight kitchen operations
  • Supervision of night shift staff
  • Overseeing completion of HACCP requirements
  • Production of fresh breads, pizza dough, pastries, pies, cakes, muffins, cookies and other bakery needs from scratch
  • Planning and developing dessert offerings with daily variety
  • Produce 2 3 fresh dessert offerings per day
  • Produce a selection of 8 - 10 fresh pastries, cookies, bars, rolls, and other dainties every day
  • Produce breads and buns for lunch and dinner services
  • Working with Chef and Camp Manager to ensure clients needs are met

    Qualifications

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Applicants must have a current Food Safe certificate.
  • Safety oriented a must.
  • Level 1 First Aid certificate is an asset.
  • Large scale camp cooking experience required.
  • Red Seal or other certification is an asset.
  • High standards in maintaining a clean and organized Kitchen.
