Officehours :

We are open from 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM,Monday to Friday and 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 pm on Saturdays.. Thisposition will require some Saturday coverage and may require somestatutory holiday shift.

Training will be completed MondaythroughFriday.

JobPurpose :

  • Identifying, sorting and indexing allincoming Fax and email documentation for both the Burnaby and Anjouoffices; forwarding incoming Customer Service fax inquiriesto the Customer Service team general email address;
  • assistingFunding Representatives by clearing mail flags in adjudicationplatform.

    KeyAccountabilities :

  • All deals must be logged andindexed within 10 minutes ofreceipt.
  • Responsible for recording, inputtingand / or logging data and information in core contract managementsystem and other Business LineSystems.
  • Responsible for resolving all identifieddiscrepancies.
  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery ofcustomer service fosters overall customer and businessline / departmentsatisfaction
  • FunctionalCompetencies :

  • Ability to multi-task and familiarityusing multiple computer programme atonce.
  • Previous experience in a customerservicecapacity
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel as wellas office equipment, software andrecorded
  • Proficiency in French is an asset butnotrequired
