This challenging 2 year on-the-job training program offers the opportunity to acquire extensive knowledge of our company and the Heavy Equipment and Power Systems Industries through valuable work assignments.
This program emphasizes and embraces the concept of Learning by Doing with rotations in Product Support, Field Service, Sales Support, Inventory Control, Remanufacturing, Human Resources and Health & Safety.
Each trainee will also participate in a 3 to 6 month rotation at one or more of our various branches in Manitoba, Nunavut, Ontario and Newfoundland / Labrador.
Each work assignment will provide opportunities to learn and demonstrate critical skills necessary to become an effective leader.
Upon successful completion of the training program, each Management Trainee will have newly acquired knowledge, skills and abilities to be considered for various leadership positions within the Dealership territory.
Key Qualifications We are looking for self-motivated, mobile, energetic and innovative University graduates who possess strong interpersonal skills, high initiative and a winning attitude.
Some experience in the workforce would be beneficial and preference will be given to those in Mining / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Marketing / Sales / Business Programs.
