Goals / Deliverables :
WW Health Solutions - Take Ownership and Responsibility for the WWHS Crew by :
Facilitating all ceremonies, improving velocity and identifying process improvements
Delivering tech debt and maintenance of related products
Communicating team progress
WW Health Solutions - Build a Product Partnership by :
Working closely with Product and develop a complete understanding of the WWHS product portfolio
Collaborating with product and the business to understand the roadmap for 2020
Identifying timelines and dependencies in the portfolio
Improve Agile Team Performance and Collaboration by :
Shadowing other APM teams to become educated on existing standards and processes
Evaluating existing WWHS crew practices
Building productive relationships with Product, Engineering, Business & Leadership
Implementing process change that will improve efficiencies of the team in 2020
Assist in Agile Onboarding of new team members in the Toronto Tech Hub
Bachelor’s degree with three to four years’ experience in project management of consumer facing digital products and software using Waterfall and Agile practices and methodologies, including SCRUM.
8 +years of experience in the software / system development industry.
Experience in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Visio and other Project Management related software tools.
Be a strong team player who collaborates to build, and adhere to, a delivery schedule
Superior project management skills including : communications management, risk mitigation and issue management
Think strategically and create solutions to complex problems
Create, maintain, and own project artifacts and facilitate project ceremonies
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with all members of the Product Development Life Cycle as well as Sr. Management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
PMP and / or Agile, Scrum Practitioner certification a plus.
Have expertise in online subscription business models, a plus
Have expertise with an organization that transitioned from Waterfall to Agile, a plus.
