SERVICE OUTBOUND AGENT

Starting Date : Immediately

Position Status : Full time

Compensation : $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Hours : Monday - Friday from 9 : 30am - 6 : 00pm (occasional weekends may be required)

Our office is currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team. You can expect this exciting position to provide you with a meaningful, rewarding, and fun experience in the dynamic automotive industry!

Position responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following :

  • Creates, modifies, and cancels service reservations via phone
  • Actively reach out to customers via phone, email for their return business
  • Completes detailed notes in appointment sections after each appointment
  • Handling outbound call volume
  • Providing customers positive experiences through excellent service
  • Working in a process-driven work environment
  • Working with multiple software applications and spreadsheets.
  • Maintaining an updated customer database
  • Work closely with the dealership to provide customer assistance when possible.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • The ideal candidate should be :

  • Highly organized, Self-motivated, Empathetic and detail oriented
  • Professional, confident and passionate about supporting our guests
  • Multi-tasker who can manage priorities, meet deadlines and work efficiently despite call volumes from clients and staff
  • A second language would be an asset (preferably Cantonese or Mandarin) but not a requirement
  • Interest in the Automotive industry preferred (not asset)
  • Maintains highest standards of professionalism when interacting with management, fellow team members and guests
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills including a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
  • You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule, your work hours will be based on business needs
  • Must meet or exceed a mimum daily target
  • Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes
  • Performs well with frequent interruptions and / or distractions
  • Please note we are currently renovating our new Coquitlam location and pre-hiring for our teams, we are currently in our Richmond Toyota location.

    Our new site will open in Summer 2019.
