As the Portfolio Planning & Intake Manager you will report directly to the VP, Digital & Advisor Technology with a dotted line into the Digital & Marketing organization.
You will be responsible for establishing our intake and demand reporting processes along with running the intake and stakeholder management functions.
This exciting and highly dynamic role will expose you to a broad spectrum of strategic initiatives, businesses, and leaders as you manage the portfolio of new work for the Advisor and Digital solutions teams.
What you’re responsible for :
Defining and optimizing the intake processes for all stakeholders, including establishing standard templates and KPIs.
Facilitating and managing the intake process for all new projects including ideation, consulting, high-level requirements, solutioning, cost estimation, feasibility, and scheduling.
Managing the flow of all new work that has not yet been committed for delivery, including interdependencies, fiscal year planning and intake tracking.
Collaborating with stakeholders, including participating in ideation, gathering high-level scope, presenting assessment output, managing expectations, and acting as the conduit to the enterprise program and transformation offices.
Devising and managing reporting of new work and demand forecasting.

To join our team :
You have five years of experience as a Business Analyst or Portfolio Manager.
You have a post-secondary degree in a related field.
You balance process efficiency with customer-centricity using your deep business analysis skills, portfolio management experience, and empathy.
You are an effective consultant and people-person who enjoys building new relationships and advising senior leaders.
You are comfortable juggling competing demands and get things done through strong facilitation and time management skills.
