Job Title : Director of Strategic Planning, Operations, and Digital Marketing

Location : Toronto (Mostly Remote, onsite 1-2x a week)

Comp range : $80,000 - $100,000 (CAD)

To support the CEOs in HTCI's mission and allow them space and time to tap into their genius. We are looking for the TRUE jam to our peanut butter -

someone who has their own genius and vision as it relates to all things strategic - building a company culture that's serious about business and also seriously fun, managing the team day to day, creating systems and processes, tracking month to month analytics / numbers, content management, along with increasing efficiency via automation and the creation of processes.

Required Experience :

  • 2 years as Director of Operations and / or Digital Marketing (with progressive experience in a similar industry)
  • 2 years or more of Content Marketing experience
  • 2 years or more of E-commerce experience
  • Robust experience using Google Analytics Strong experience with workflow automation tools and cloud-based business tools (Process St.
  • Zapier, AirTable, Slack, Google Drive, QuickBooks)

    Objective Outcomes :

  • Create clear sales & digital marketing strategy along with clear systems and processes
  • Oversee content strategy and team and manage the day to day activities and output
  • Perform outreach to brands and other strategic partners and oversee brand collaborations
  • Contribute to optimizing communication cadence with team, target and goal setting, and implementing the Charfen System
  • Work with Operations admin to create systems and processes across all aspects of the business, update the CEO Metrics and Minimum Monthly Spend Sheets, manage entire team day to day and facilitate all reporting.
  • Identifying key issues / opportunities; along with Waterfall on a quarterly basis.
  • Working with the CEOs to make sure the RIGHT people are on the team, and that we are giving those people 3 simple things :

  • Core Competencies + Skills :

  • Strong understanding of the following applications :
  • QuickBooks
  • Shopify (or the ability to achieve expert level understanding within 3 months of hiring)
