What You’ll Do :
Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) Services team is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow the Security Services business in our Canadian Theatre.
This role is key to supporting the Sales organizations by working with Customers and Account Teams developing solutions and estimating levels of effort for delivering Advisory, Planning, Design and Implementation (PDI), and Managed Security Services, as well as providing timely forecasting to the Delivery organization for resource planning.
Our BDM team members identify, and position new and innovative Security service offerings and solutions based on observed marketplace demands and trends.
You will position the Security Services portfolio of solutions to Cisco and partner sales teams, supporting sales teams with services and solutions with value propositions for client opportunities.
You will work with Security services line management and Customer Experience Product Management (CX PM) teams in supporting the services lifecycle requirements ensuring consistent and accurate scoping of client engagements.
You will track and manage continuous pipeline transparency of services and solutions for client opportunities and collaborate amongst team members to establish standard methodologies for developing and supporting the sale of Security services and solutions.
The BDM is the motivation in ensuring the following :

2.Work with sales to set and achieve goals
3.Optimum structure of complex deals
4.Maximum the value and optimize delivery prioritization to assist the sales process
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the Customer Experience team focused on driving successful insertion of Security Services across Cisco sales activities.
The team has the opportunity for transparency and interaction with senior management, cross-team collaboration, engage and drive matrix-managed projects which have direct impact to the services business within accounts across Canada.
Who You Are
Our BDM team members have deep knowledge into Cisco’s Security services portfolio as well as the wider Services Portfolio.
Team members are encouraged to demonstrate this knowledge to develop solutions and scope services opportunities based on customer / sales requirements across all vertical market environments.
You are an independent self-starter, who is proactive and multi-tasking with a program management mind set to resolve conflicts.
You have excellent verbal and written skills in communicating and positioning Cisco’s Security Services business and operational value and capabilities to Client Executive audience.
You have a consistent record of developing and winning security solutions contracts (multi-million $) in the Enterprise market segments.
