Cardtronics, the world's leader in ATM deployment and operations, is aggressively seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Territory Sales Representative.
The Territory Sales Representative serves as the primary contact for Direct Response sales opportunities. They are responsible for meeting established sales goals by understanding customer needs and matching them to product solutions while utilizing the ATM Network / Cardtronics sales process.
The Territory Sales Representative will prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to incoming calls from prospects, initiate outbound calls and initiate and respond to customer e-mails as needed in order to close sales
Utilize company sales process to guide customer interactions
Effectively explain product and promotional details
Exceed sales goals as established by the sales manager
Accurately capture and record all customer information necessary to conduct business
Attend training sessions and department meetings as required
Stay abreast of all current department and corporate communication
Communicate relevant feedback (productivity or customer related) to Sales Manager
Share experiences with coworkers in order to continuously grow knowledge base of all reps
Recommend and / or implement process improvements
Complete all aspects of paperwork / contract agreements
Manage Territory growth
Ensure sales profitability

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS :
Two (2) years business to business sales experience
Post Secondary degree preferred but not required
Demonstrated problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to maintain proper phone etiquette, demonstrate patience and consistently strive for a positive attitude in order to facilitate calm, positive and productive conversations with customers
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Intermediate computer skills required (data entry, email, customer relationship management software)
Must be able to work in a team environment and develop positive relationships with coworkers
Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
Flexibility to work outside of core business hours
Good negotiation skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
