As a Sourcer, you will get to :

  • Work with a team of talented Recruiters throughout North America, helping to identify and recruit top talent for our global locations
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Build substantial competitive intelligence knowledge base to support business needs, based on geography, level, skill set, etc.
  • Work with our leadership teams in Manager Discovery / Intake sessions to better understand their business needs and their ideal profiles
  • Work directly with our Dayforce Talent module to track candidate activity
  • Learn our TA processes and support our TA team in a variety of ways : sourcing, light screening / interviewing, process improvement, etc.
  • Influence at all levels!
  • What you will bring to Ceridian :

  • Diligence : the ability to spot and promote talent and potential, alongside experience and skill. Competitive, achievement-focused disposition.
  • Transparency : Fearlessness! Open and honest discourse with candidates, peers, and business leaders. A strong desire to share and further develop best practices and try new things when the old ones aren’t working.
  • 3+ years of previous sourcing experience, ideally in a high-tech environment
  • Expertise in / with creative sourcing techniques and sourcing tools / services : Linked In, Hiretual, Entelo, etc.
  • A strong sense of collaboration as part of a goal orientated team.
