We are looking for a bright, mission-driven, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our team as an Operations & Marketing Coordinator
What Success Looks Like
Our teams across Canada have the resources to feel supported in delivering our programs
We make decisions based on data and evaluate our impact
We maintain strong customer service across internal and external stakeholders
Support with administrative tasks and special projects
Inventory, fulfillment, shipping and receiving
Maintaining documentation to support processes and evaluation
Help maintain our CRM to keep our teams across the country organized
Drafting communications - creating and scheduling social media posts and e-mails, drafting press releases, creating and curating content
Monitoring social media channels and responding to questions and comments
Support in managing online advertisements
Website management and auditing, including writing and updating content
Coordinate translations and manage print and swag production
Financial invoice allocation across team budgets
Preliminary data analysis and recommendations
You are able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
You are highly organized and detail oriented
You are tech-savvy : familiarity with Wordpress, Salesforce and Google Analytics is an asset
You are collaborative and team-focused
You are a flexible team player and confident in asking the right questions and being engaged to find positive solutions
You are superbly organized (You are obsessed with list-making)
You love to use online tools and technology to help you be effective and efficient
You have a driven personality to see projects and tasks through to completion

Fluency in French is an asset
Work Hours and Environment This is a full-time position. Core in-office hours are 10AM - 4PM Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work outside these hours as you prefer and is needed to achieve goals.
This role will work primarily from our HQ office space but our organization has a flexible workplace policy. We have an open concept workspace with flexible workspace options.
Some evening and weekend work will be required. Some travel may be required.
