  • The Role :

    We’re looking for a world class Engagement Manager to join our team and help continue building Think Research’s success.

    The Engagement Manager is a critical, customer-facing role. In this role, you will build and maintain excellent client relations through your portfolio of clients.

    You will be accountable for the success of customer relationships, and boost usage and adoption of our platform, sharing best practices and continuously driving value for our clients.

    This is a cross-functional role that links our Sales, Development, Marketing, Implementation and Product teams to our customers through proactive account management.

    You Will Have The Opportunity To :

  • Work alongside internal teams to present Think Research in a valuable way to potential clients and generate new client relationships
  • Establish trusted relationships with clients
  • Manage the engagement experience and contract compliance of your clients
  • Work with clients to determine their requirements, and track progress towards set goals
  • Gathering and analyzing client information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentation to client management
  • Track client health and status within the CRM platform and other tools
  • Communicate client needs to the Client Success Managers, ensuring proper feedback loops exist, and client expectations are met
  • Track application usage and recommend ways to increase adoption within clients’ user bases
  • What You Will Bring :

  • 1-3 years of experience in the Health Care sector (working with healthcare clients and stakeholders)
  • 2+ years of relevant engagement / project management experience (preferably in a SaaS Software environment)
  • You have excellent consultative and communication skills.
  • You have strong client service experience
  • You have a track record of customer happiness, success and satisfaction.
  • You have experience with change management and adoption methodologies.
  • You are confident and can communicate with a technical audience and healthcare focused sponsors.
  • You have the right executive presence to discuss value proposition as well as how the customer success team addresses their needs
  • You are a driven, dedicated teammate with creative ideas to inspire customer adoption.
  • You have proven experience in building strong internal and external relationships.
  • You have tact, and are poised in high pressure situations when working through customer issues.
