SHIFTS : Must be available to work all shifts. Day, Afternoon, Early morning, and Night shifts. (flexibility with working overtime, and on weekends, as necessary)

Our Sanitation Members s are an integral part of the baking operations, ensuring our bakeries are always ready and fully sanitized to produce our delicious baked goods, and safely end up on grocery store shelves and at your favorite restaurants across North America.

In a typical day, you will :

  • Perform all cleaning duties as per Master Sanitation Schedule;
  • Clean major spills;
  • Take equipment apart to be cleaned as per cleaning procedure (SSOP’s);
  • General premises cleaning (external and internal);
  • Follow health & safety lock-out tag-out procedures;
  • Follow Food Safety, GMP and Health & Safety Standards; and

    Perform other reasonable duties which the Sanitation Supervisor might ask them to do

    About You :

    Able to work in a dusty, cold and wet environment

    Able to lift 50lbs

    Able to work in bending, kneeling, crouching position, tight spaces and prolonged standing. Required to work on heights using scissor lifts and fall arrest equipment.

    Must be quick to learn disassembling and reassembling equipment. Job requires taking equipment apart during cleaning and sanitation.

    Must be able work on early morning shifts (1 : 00AM and any day (including weekends and holidays)

    Willing to be trained and certified in use of chemicals and use of aerial work equipment (scissor lifts and fall arrest systems)

    Team player - should be able to work well with a team.

    You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)
