New Product & Services Introduction (NPSI), part of the Coaching &Learning Solutions team is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and driven individual with a proven track-
record to join our team.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role planning, executing and delivering complex projects for Broadband Networks (BBN).
In this role, you will collaborate across business units, and with key stakeholders, to execute on initiatives with high complexity and / or business impact.
The ability to autonomously lead strategies through the creation of solution alternatives, assessments, planning and analysis is key to the success of the individual in this role.
Your expertise will help us drive innovation and continuous improvement in the learning experiences we deliver to our BBN team members.
Reporting to the Manager - NPSI, this position is accountable for end-to-end project delivery.
In this role you will :
Work in partnership with our stakeholders to build execution plans for a specific portfolio strategy
Using your project management expertise, you will enable cross-functional teams to deliver on new products & services projects, bringing valuable input and organized planning skills to the group
As a leader within NPSI, you will bring thought leadership and best practices to the team to help us continually improve processes, knowledge and stakeholder engagement
Gain an understanding of the intricacies of front line technician work and how to best improve their efficiency and processes

New Products & Services Introduction (NPSI) is a team of diverse and highly skilled professionals committed to driving accountability, accuracy and awareness for our frontline technician staff.
We manage all new product and service projects as the primes for our technician and enablement groups. Being the single point of contact for our Product & Services, Health, Connected Home and BBN partners enables our group to provide end-
to-end project support. Finally, we build, modify and maintain our own internal systems and processes that help drive best-
in-class project delivery and support.

What YOU Bring :
Experience managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholder groups
Experience dealing with ambiguous requirements and translating them into concrete project outcomes
Agile project management experience (Scrum / Kanban environments) is an asset
Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you can translate complex technical topics into easily understood concepts for our stakeholders, executives and team members, and audiences over 200 participants of varying levels
Highly motivated, creative and self-sufficient with the ability to work successfully under pressure
Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education and / or experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred, but not required
Experience with JIRA is an asset
Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience managing projects or leading cross functional teams
Stakeholder management experience including senior executives is an asset
Telecommunications experience is an asset
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google App Tools : Drive, Hangouts, Sheets
Solid financial and quantitative skills
Strong understanding of data analysis, and knowing how to build and leverage qualitative and quantitative metrics
