Position Description : The Quality Assurance and Production Management (QAPM) division is responsible for the Quality Assurance and Application Support for a range of custom Front, Middle and Back office applications used to support the business processes within Morgan Stanley.
A portfolio of projects across departments is supported by this QA team, with the leadership located at New York. The team consists of full time employees and consultants based in Montreal, New York, London, India (Pune & Bengaluru) and Shanghai, supporting distributed team of Developers across the same.
The QA team does Functional, Regression, Integration and Performance testing. In addition members of this team also perform Release Management / DevOps support for various projects.
The supported departments are undergoing transformations to adopt Agile methodology, enhance test automation coverage and invest heavily into DevOps implementation, to improve Quality and time-
to-market. The ideal candidate will be working in partnership with the Development and Business Team members based in Montreal, New York, London and India.
The candidate should be adaptive to a continuous changing and fast paced environment, be able to successfully multi-task, and thrive in a dynamic, fully engaged QA role.
The role will involve interacting with clients in the Business, developers, external vendors and other QA teams, besides giving enabling own QA team to meet the transformation objectives.
The candidate will be working on existing and new initiatives within global QA team. The team incorporates agile methodologies including Scrum, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in its development processes.
We are looking for a Technical QA Specialist with expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies / implementations. The candidate needs to be able to work with geographically dispersed Dev & QA team in a very dynamic, rapidly evolving and high pressure, high visibility project setting.
The candidate is expected to contribute in a hands-on fashion on the project as well as take ownership of various QA deliverables.

Skills Required - 7+ years of experience working on and managing QA Projects- Hands-on experience with Agile (preferably Scrum), Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD)-
Experienced on DevOps implementations, Continuous Integration (e.g. Jenkins), Continuous Deployment and Continuous Delivery.
