MCA is currently looking for an experienced Working Territory Supervisor Price Audits to cover Quebec region. The successful candidate will have an average of 10 20 hours of supervisory work as well as 5-

10 hours of calls in their territory each week. The audit calls will be local. The supervisory work includes occasional travel.

We are looking for an individual who has sales / merchandising / auditing experience (preferably for a third-party merchandising company) and who has experience in supervising people and / or training.

We are also looking for that special individual who can multi task and excels in working in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and access to home internet is mandatory.

    Territory Supervisor Role : (10 to 20 hours per week)

    Territory Supervisor Role :

    In your role as Territory Assistant you will be responsible for the following :

  • Maintain a productive auditing team and 100% territory coverage by being accountable and proactive towards all position activities
  • Maintain constant communication with Audit representatives, District Manager and MCA Head Office personnel
  • Tracking of incoming files on multiple projects on Excel
  • Hiring and training new and existing auditors
  • Planning and scheduling for the calls in your area through managing and coaching your team
  • Assisting District Manager and team of auditors that cover regions of Quebec / Ottawa
  • Auditor : (5-10 hours per week)


  • Complete your scheduled calls in a timely and efficient fashion
  • Professionally represent client and employer
  • Collect competitive retail data at store level
  • Download shop list (s) required based on the type of data collection equipment, type of audit and audit frequency
  • Automated audits, a collection device will be provided for the price collectors to capture competitive retail activity
  • Complete and transmit the audit results in the required timeframe

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Articulate / Proficient in English (French an asset)
  • Organized
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Home office set up
  • Ability to supervise a team with all personality types
