Tasks :

  • Answer all order and delivery questions
  • Analyze and issue customer product returns while working with sales and marketing
  • New order entry and order changes
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
  • expe-diting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

  • Assist and back up colleagues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

    Education / Experience preferred

  • College administrative diploma (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 + years of experience in a similar environment
  • Familiarity with electrical and / or medium and low voltage products knowledge, an asset
  • Experience in a B2B organization
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to de-tail
  • Strong sales and customer focused orientation
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written) mandatory for Quebec; an asset for the rest of Ca-nada
  • Motivated, self-starter, able to work independently
  • Analytical evaluator
  • Experience in building strong interpersonal customer relationships
