PositionSummary :

TheSupply Chain Coordinator will support department staff in executing the CorbySupply Chain’s vision of ensuring planning, information visibility, andcollaborative processes are in place to maximize fluid on time flow andcommercialization of products.

Asa key support role, the Supply Chain Coordinator will be involved in a varietyof areas including data collection, reporting, sku master file management, customercomplaints coordination and private order processing.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Support Supply Chain reporting and analysis includingweekly data entry and downloading of reports
  • Maintain the Corby master specification sheet withupdated information, addition and deletion of new items
  • Assist Supply Chain Managers in management ofcustomer complaints across Canada, including collection of returned bottles,coordination of replacement bottles and entry of details into the ComplaintsManagement System
  • Facilitate private order processing nationally inconjunction with consumer, liquor boards, suppliers and Corby
  • Review third party logistics reporting toensure accuracy, highlighting and escalating discrepancies
  • Provide necessary support to the Supply Chaindepartment : creation / preparation of ad hoc reports and other administrativeduties as required

  • Education :

    University or college degree in business,finance or supply chain / operations.
