Core Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via social media platforms, e-mail, live chat,
  • Helping out with order completion and solving issues
  • Learn and communicate product, pricing, and technical information about the product / service
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customers experience
  • Maintain complete confidentiality with customer information
  • Courteously call customers to diffuse difficult customer situation
  • Monitor Soxy social media presence and other communication media
  • Advocate internally on behalf of Soxy members to ensure customer needs are being met
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • An all-star who takes ownership of (and pride in) their work
  • Understands the importance of customer experience and superb customer support
  • Able to think outside the box and superb at creative problem-solving
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable attendance and willing to work non-business hours when needed
  • Eager to learn and be a team player
  • Experience in E-Commerce / Apparel a bonus
