Job Description

  • Understanding the requirements of internal clients
  • Market the PageGroup opportunity to potential recruitment consultants via telephone and email, and advertising-
  • Hire potential recruitment consultants into Michael Page Montreal
  • Review and selection of resumes from external sources to next stage of the selection process
  • Conduct competency based interviews including all associated feedback
  • Promote suitable potential recruitment consultants to the senior management
  • Prepare your candidate for each step of the entire process through offering them the job
  • Involvement in marketing campaigns to support future growth
  • Ensure advertisements on website and job boards are regularly updated
  • Work closely whith our Marketing team based in NYC to adapt the content to the QC market
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree (essential)
  • First experience in TA
  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
  • Self motivated with a strong work ethic, goal oriented
  • Optimistic and positive outlook
  • Excellent communication skills - including verbal, written, listening, questioning
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Bilingual in French qnd English
