Requirements
Level 2 General Insurance License
3+ years of experience managing a department or branch
A Day in the Life
Prepare to improve and maximize targets by developing annual business plans for all lines of business in the Client Service Centre.
You’ll manage all operational aspects of the Still Creek Retail location including : corporate branding, offices aesthetics and cleanliness, supplies.
You’ll monitor P&L statements and take appropriate action to meet targets.
You’ll identify current and prospective opportunities to obtain new clients by assessing the local market.
You’ll participate actively in both the business and industry communities to build a network of contacts that improve the presence and reputation of the branch and organization.
You’ll ensure an excellent and consistent client service experience.
You’ll cultivate and promote a positive work environment that attracts, retains and motivates top talent.
You’ll encourage opportunities for growth and development and identify future leadership talent by encouraging employees to achieve their highest performance potential
You’ll ensure consistent and effective application of all corporate policies and procedures as they apply to the business or to the employees.
