Our client is a provider of portable security solutions. Qualifications / Skills Required 1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent 2) Minimum 10 years sales experience 3) Experience managing direct and indirect quotas 4) Minimum 5 years experience directing other salespeople 5) Minimum 5 years experience in software sales 6) Minimum 3 years experience selling to the US Government 7) Minimum 3 years experience selling to the Fortune 500 or technology OEMs 8) Experience with data security and / or USB products 9) Experience in medium-large technology companies 10) Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills 11) Excellent interpersonal skills 12) Experience with authentication products is a plus Partial Job Description 1) Define and own the North American sales strategy 2) Drive revenue for all North American sales teams 3) Manage and mentor the sales team, ensure that they consistently meet or exceed quotas 4) Review sales goals and make recommendations to the senior management team in order to achieve objectives 5) Prepare and manage all North American sales forecasts 6) Coordinate sales efforts with major partners 7) Maintain and increase yield from existing and new sales channels 8) Work closely with Product Management and the CTO to develop product requirements and the product roadmap
