Title : Analyst, Accounts Payable

High level description : Primary function of this role is ability to work effectively with multiple teams across the company to help resolve PO and invoicing issues in a timely manner.

This role will be responsible for reporting and analyses of Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt variances and helping team with other AP reporting tasks.

Core functions :

Weekly AP / GRIR reporting and root cause analysis

Work with various business units on resolving PO / Invoice discrepancies

Perform Month end activities (Journal Entries, Monthly GL Reconciliations)

Review AP Aging reporting (AP debits process)

Oversee and train AP offshore team on core processes

Required skills :

Strong communication, customer services and interpersonal skills

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and emerging trends from data sets

Strong problem-solving skills

Experience in SAP is NOT required, but a benefit to have

2+ years of experience in an AP role preferred
