The Gallery Leader will be responsible for all facets of the business. This leader is expected to deliver first-class service to our customer and our teams, creating a luxury experience.

The Gallery Leader will remove obstacles, provide support, and ensure that teams feel empowered to do the right thing . They will have a passion for design and home furnishings and will lead a cross-

functional team focused on strategy and execution. The Gallery Leader will drive, lead and develop our internal customer, setting the tone for an environment where vision is everything.
