  • As a Lot Associate, your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

  • Supervising and motivating lot staff.
  • Ensure the Service Drive, Carwash and surrounding lot is kept clean and maintained.
  • Washing and vacuuming vehicles after service repair.
  • Organizing the lot and bringing up cars for customers.
  • Greeting & interacting with customers with a professional manner when they drop off / pick up their vehicle.
  • Moves vehicles on the lot, and delivers them to customers as required.
  • Coordinate schedules for Lot Associates and Carwash.
  • Directing customers to the right personnel for further assistance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • The ideal candidate will :

  • Have an attention to detail and high quality control standards.
  • Be able to work effectively against deadlines.
  • Able to work in a productive, fast-paced environment
  • Above average communication skills.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Able to working effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Technicians
  • Possess a valid British Columbia Driver’s License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver’s abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review.
