Time Box Office Supervisor role, reporting to the Senior Box Office Manager, and based out of Winnipeg, MB. The Box Office Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of selling tickets on the Ticketmaster system and managing Ticketmaster box office operations for the greater Winnipeg area.

This position requires flexibility with scheduling and is part-time occasional based on event requirements; ability to accommodate days, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts is required.

Note : Shifts may change to meet business needs).What you’ll be doing : Prepare event sales information and seating configurations for Ticketmaster, building management, and the promoter as necessaryCo-

ordination and communication of event-related information with clientsSupervising box office staff and enforcing policy as neededAssist with recruiting, scheduling, training and managing of staffAssist in float preparation, daily balancing / reconciling and depositsPerform daily box office operations, on an as needed basisProvide exemplary customer service and resolving issues relating to box office operations in accordance with Ticketmaster’s standardsMonitoring ticket stock control and associated policy enforcementAnswering the telephone, providing information and / or redirecting calls as necessaryProviding support to the sales window at any time if lineup conditions or staffing levels require itProviding support and assistance to the venue when requiredOther box office duties as requiredWhat you need on your resume : Excellent communications skillsBasic foundation and understanding of event ticketingDemonstrated personal computer skills with the Windows operating system are essentialStrong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple competing demandsPerform duties in a professional manner at all timesAbility to work and thrive in diverse and non-
