  • Reviewsand processes timecard corrections from PayrollTeam.
  • Keystemp rates in Oracle for late pay changes to rates 2 & 3.

  • Qualifications :

  • HighSchool Diploma or GED or equivalentexperience required

    PositionSummary

    Payroll Administrator is responsible forprocessing the timecard corrections from Payroll Team. Will assistwith check printing, some mailing, and miscellaneous projects asneeded.

    EssentialJob Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviews andprocesses timecard corrections from Payroll Team.
  • Keystemp rates in Oracle for late pay changes to rates 2 & 3.
  • Backup for check printing and bank uploads for manualchecks.
  • Audit check and deposit backup for compliance.
  • Assist with Payroll Team with mail, special projects,and filing.
  • Maintains Oracle payroll operations byfollowing policies and procedures; reporting needed changes;employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keepinginformationconfidential
