    What impact will you have as a Technical Recruiter at Timbre :

  • Develop productive and meaningful working relationships with your internal hiring teams
  • Work with your Timbre Talent team deliver a first-class candidate experience
  • Identify, attract, and recruit the best suited profiles for your disciplines using robust sourcing tools to effectively engage passive candidates
  • Identify and implement process improvements to support the studio's growth plans
  • Build relationships with universities to take part in events and maintain a balanced, growing network of qualified junior candidates
  • Collect, evaluate, and summarize data trends to prepare recruiting and hiring reports
  • Your track record might include :

  • 2+ years of experience facilitating full-cycle recruitment with a heavy focus on sourcing engineering / technology talent
  • A solid grasp of sourcing tools and techniques (including Boolean)
  • Knowledge of engineering tools in the games industry
  • Building trust with hiring managers by leveraging their expertise
  • Thriving in the busy and sometimes chaotic realities of a developing startup
  • An unflappable and cool character who can proudly represent the Timbre and Sumo Group brand
  • A strong communicator with an emphasis on empathy, curiosity, and clarity
  • Having a collaborative nature, eager to share best practices and question the status quo
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products and with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, ideally)
