We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management - Supply Chain Technology to help build a great digital first furniture brand that obsesses about customers and whose business spans from suppliers to warehouses to delivery trucks to the ecommerce site.

Note : This position is a remote role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers (3-6) focused on supporting our retail business (e-commerce, customer care, sales, product development).
  • Partner with key stakeholders on functional teams, leadership, and Engineering to develop a vision, a strategy and a set of KPIs for your team’s products.
  • Ensure high quality, fast paced decision making across all teams.
  • Drive cross functional alignment for strategy and deliverables.
  • Contribute to continuously improving Article’s product management capabilities.
  • For our functional teams : Be a key strategic partner in achieving business results, such as higher customer satisfaction, shorter lead times and lower fulfillment costs.
  • For everyone : Be the voice of customers and users.
  • Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1+ years of People Management experience
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • A background in supply chain (warehousing, logistics, planning, final mile)
  • You can demonstrate a history of effective partnerships with functional leadership, engineers, designers, and data analysts.
  • You are a self-starter comfortable in unstructured situations.
  • You bring people together, develop trust and challenge them to deliver outstanding results.
