  • This is an 80% hunter - new business development / 25% account maintenance role
  • Establish and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, designers.
  • Ability to deal with decision makers in the commercial market industry
  • Gather and exhibit presentations showcasing leading products and solutions available
  • Ability to attend trade shows and industry events
  • Coordinate lunch and learns for clients to promote and present products
  • Possess a strong track record of territory and sales growth
  • Experience in the Architecture and Design and Interior Decorating community
  • Have an existing relationship with potential clients
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills
  • Qualifications

  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • Outside sales experience in commercial markets
  • Experience representing high end and luxury brands
  • Must be able to build and maintain relationships within Architecture and Design and Interior Decorating community
  • Familiar and comfortable meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Execute unique sales strategies to win over projects amongst competitors
  • Must possess time management skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong attention to deadlines and accuracy
  • Must be a highly motivated, well organized, detail-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment with little supervision
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Valid Driver's license
  • MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL
  • Compensation

  • 55k - 60k Base salary (negotiable)
