We have a great opportunity for an Area Customer Representative supporting the business growth of one our ACE brand. The responsibilities include developing key sales growth strategies in our Artisan Category, engaging our customer around those strategies and developing action plans to achieve our goals.

Successful execution of these plans is critical to achieve our performance targets.


  • Delivering Excellence in Execution in our Artisan Category at store level
  • Building deep relationships with our customer’s
  • Leveraging our CRM platform (Salesforce) to achieve consistent go-to-market execution across the region
  • Present high level business results and performance updates to our leadership team as required
  • Strategically work with National Operations Manager to build strong executional plans
  • Meet and exceed budget targets specific to the Artisan Category across

  • You have a passion for bakery, especially the fantastic ACE products!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred
  • Previous experience of 2-3 years in customer facing roles (food industry an asset).
  • Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday required.
  • Strong DSD experience considered an asset
  • Exceptionally strong communicator and team builder
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced & multi task environment.
  • Possess strong planning and time management skills.
  • Experience building customer relationships.
  • Strong computer skills (intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office).
