Job Description

The Project Manager duties will include but not limited to :

  • Data analysis for estimating and on-going projects.
  • Understanding all contract drawings and specifications and maintain conformance throughout each project.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of all construction activities and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Providing technical assistance to Superintendents and #Estimators.
  • Assistance to estimators.
  • Ensuring cost requirements and codes are followed throughout the projects.
  • The Successful Applicant

    The successful candidate will have the following :

  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or another relevant program.
  • Previous experience with construction teams is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Computer skills in MS Office, Primavera and AutoCad.
  • What's on Offer

    Basic salary of between $80,000 and $100,000 CAD plus company benefits.
