Under the general supervision of the Manager or designate, prepares and reconstitutes food items by roasting, frying, grilling, steaming, poaching and baking following standardized recipes and department policies and procedures.
Education, Training And Experience
Graduation from a recognized 12-month program in cooking or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Certificate in Food Safe Level 2.
