Responsibilities

You’ll provide account management and sales support on the Unhaggle Dealer team. You will build relationships with our dealerships in order to gather insights and feedback that will drive our future product development and continue to help grow our national dealer network.

You will support all aspects of ensuring our dealerships are successful. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage projects ranging from dealer retention initiatives to organizing dealer panels and events.

Hard skills and experience :

  • 3+ years of experience working in customer support and / or sales support
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll be representing Unhaggle.
  • Self-starter that is comfortable working with minimal oversight
  • Be a multi-tasker that can juggle several projects at once without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to work among changing priorities and timelines
  • Fluent in both English and French is a must
