MightyHive is hiring a SFMC SME to develop our global consulting practice.

The Role :

We have historically doubled in size year-over-year and 2021 will be no exception. You will work with stakeholders across our Accounts organization to identify opportunities, support the Salesforce partnership, and develop best practices for clients’ Salesforce implementations.

Successful candidates for this opportunity demonstrate leadership in the Marketing Automation portions of larger, cross-cloud projects and / or owns the entire engagement in those instances where Marketing Cloud is implemented in a standalone fashion.

Key to this role is the ability to serve as a conduit between client-side marketing Product Owners (who are often less technical than CRM Product Owners and / or client-side IT / IS resources) across Google and Salesforce technology platforms.

The ideal candidate has a mix of marketing, project management, business case / user story development and implementation experience, with an emphasis on requirements gathering and user story development.

Responsibilities include :

  • Meet & Exceed targets & quota for service bookings
  • Proactively develop assigned territory and accounts to meet bookings targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce AE’s and their extended teams
  • Establish pipeline via existing Salesforce relationships, prospecting, and executing marketing events (sponsored events, QBRs, etc)
  • Leverage your pre-existing relationships to develop new accounts
  • Capitalize on our existing relationships and reputation to drive business
  • Establish and maintain executive client relationships
  • Actively field core account executive activities (lead followup, scoping, proposal, commercials)
  • Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline
  • Activities expected 90 Days & Beyond :
  • Own regional targets & sales forecast rolled up across the team and reported to AMER Sales VP / Regional Manager
  • Effectively position why we are uniquely qualified to drive success with customers, prospects, and Salesforce
  • Make internal contributions to allow the sales team to scale and build skill sets of the team
  • Manage Salesforce Pipeline
  • Develop partner relationships with Account Executives at Salesforce
  • Support the Sales team at MediaMonks / MightyHive with any Salesforce-related deals
  • Work with the fulfillment team to deliver on these projects and make sure customers are happy
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce technology and common AppExchange tools
  • Basic Requirements :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience. MBA is a plus
  • 5+ experience consulting with clients for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and / or Pardot platforms in senior technical or program management role.
  • Experience with Salesforce Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud, and other Marketing Automation platforms is a plus.

  • Strong Project Management and Facilitation Skills.
  • Desired Skills / Certifications :

  • 7+ years of services sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including 3+ years services sales management experience
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise services environment
  • Experience establishing a trusted advisor dynamic with your customers & with Salesforce
  • Working knowledge / experience of the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding of Salesforce Professional Services implementations
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Salesforce Pardot specialist, Sales, Service Cloud Consultant Certifications a plus
  • Very strong customer facing skills
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision-makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
