Responsibilities

Performance Management :

  • Prepare monthly financial package which includes review of company financial performance to forecasted results and key performance indicators to update management team on company performance on a divisional, entity, and consolidated level
  • Planning & Forecasting :

  • Work closely with finance team to develop, implement, and manage annual budgeting and forecast processes with scenario analysis (3-statement modelling), in addition to ad hoc requests which require financial statement modelling capabilities
  • Contribute to the setting up of the annual budget planning process and assisting in the setting of financial targets
  • Monitor results versus budget / forecast and provide thorough analysis and investigation into the variances while identifying risks and opportunities
  • Decision Support & Analysis :

  • Develop thorough knowledge of the needs of the business to build customized financial models to assist with analysis, reporting, and change and accountability in business
  • Prepare analysis that includes reviewing business metrics, assumptions and trends to assist with decision support
  • Develop insightful information by bridging external and internal accounting & decision support systems to create actionable improvements
  • Analyze historical trends and financial performance to assist with setting performance targets for decisions related to people management, capital expenditures, etc
  • Other Duties :

  • Responsible for ad hoc financial analysis and presentation of key results of this analysis to the leadership at Klick, both at the Craft level and the organizational level
  • Ensure that analysis reports are timely and accurate and the details are actionable and presentable
  • Partner with Finance and Operations colleagues across the organization
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, commerce, or related field required; MBA, equivalent graduate degree, or advanced financial certification preferred
  • CPA / CFA designation will be looked upon favourably
  • 3 -5 years of business experience in a corporate finance or a financial planning and analysis role
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, financial planning and analysis, reporting and analytics
  • Understanding of financial metrics and analytical tools
  • Strong communication, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills with solid business acumen
  • Ability to apply complex technical analysis to practical business applications and communicate in simple understandable language
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build the story with financial data and results
