Job Description Summary

Provide administrative support to one or more individuals, teams, or units. Resolve routine problems and assist in the operation as necessary and assigned.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, route calls, and direct visitors to appropriate office or individual.
  • Receive, process and distribute incoming mail. Collect out-going mail and process for mailing.
  • Order, receive and distribute supplies and / or equipment.
  • Perform administrative claim and / or accounting functions, including transcription and
  • word processing, data input, and file management.

  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications

    High school diploma required.

    General knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel required.
