Our government client is seeking a bilingual program administrator with previous knowledge and experience in the industrial security program.
Provide support and recommendations to senior management staff
Review incoming documentation and assess completeness against standard using the Industrial Security Manual as a basis and Standard Operating Procedures
Performing data retrieval and compilation functions
Answer questions on the Industrial Security Program
Create, maintain and complete organization files
Update status reports using Excel and DISIS
Manage a bring forward system and make recommendations to management and create correspondence for those recommendations
Corresponding with private sector organizations using telephone and email
Candidates must have Secret security clearance.
Secondary school diploma
Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree or post-secondary diploma in Social Sciences, Commerce and Law or Diploma of College Studies in a security field (i.
e. Security Management, Corporate Security and Risk Management)
Experience in preparing written correspondence in response to a variety of inquiries
Candidates must possess a minimum of two (2) years in research and analysis
Strong communication skills; communicate effectively and interact positively with clients by demonstrating active listening skills and conveying information clearly
Experience in providing advice, analysis and recommendations to Management
Experience in providing client-service to a broad range of clients (*broad* more than two different types of clients)
Experience working with the Industrial Security Program and the procedures if the Industrial Security Manual
