Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

The Network Practice owns the E2E portfolio and P&L related to Connectivity, Managed Services and Professional Services in all B2B market segments (Large, Mid, Advance).

We’re seeking a dynamic; results focused and self-driven Senior Manager-Deal Engagement Support, to join our growing team.

Role Summary :

Sr. Manager, Deal Engagement Support is a key member the deal team, as they own the E2E Client Value Proposition in Network deals.

This person has the commercial and technical authority to define the winning value proposition in a given deal based a close evaluation of the client’s business challenge, and the deep understanding of the available E2E Network Solutions and the future roadmap.

This person has the mandate to drive attach rate of Professional Services and Managed Services to all Connectivity and Partner Gear-

Re-Sale deals. The person also proactively engages clients in collaboration with the Sales Force in a market-making approach to expose Bell’s Digital Transformation approach and generate new funnel opportunities.

Responsibilities include :

  • Practice SPOC in deal engagements
  • Own the entire deal value proposition, define win strategy, and sign-off deal submissions
  • Act with authority, commercially and technically as the business owner during deal engagements to secure the Best of Breath & Suite solution is provided to the Client
  • Drive growth in Professional Services & Managed Services
  • Maintain and measure Win-rate of Major Deals
  • Act as the ultimate go-to experts for an E2E view of the Practice Portfolio, including Products, Services, and Partner Offerings
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the Practice Roadmaps, including Partner Solutions. Secure close interaction with Product & Services Managers
  • Define acceptable customization levels within deals. Actively Influence Product & Services Roadmaps, Partner Selection Strategies, Pricing Models / Price Books, and Go-to-Market approach
  • Deliver Customer Presentations at Senior Level
  • Your Skills and Competencies :

  • 6+ years experience in Solution Selling, Solution Development, Technology Consulting
  • Previous experience at an OEM, Technology firm, Professional Services House, or Carrier is a strong asset
  • Strong expertise in Network solutions and the PS / MS market landscape including WAN solutions (SDN / NFV, SDWAN, MPLS, Ethernet), LAN Solutions (Wifi, Routing, etc.
  • Managed Services, Professional Services

  • Strong analytical and executive presentation skills are a must (including advanced PPT capabilities)
  • Strong Business Casing, Value Pricing Acumen, and Delivery / Operational exposure
  • Ability to work independently, navigate a complex matrix organization
  • Organized, Agile, able to work under tight deadlines
  • Strategic thinker, verbally articulate. Story-telling capability ability to connect the dots between Technology and Business
  • Credible able to command presence and engage executive conversations
  • Strategic / Big picture view Strong Familiarity with Client buying cycle
  • Credentials :

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
  • LI-AD1
