Do you have at least one year of experience as a Receptionist? Our Clients Our client in the Downtown area is looking for a resourceful, tech savvy junior Receptionist with excellent communication skills to assist with their Welcome Desk needs.

In this role you will be responsible for : Promptly receiving and screening incoming telephone calls Greeting and receiving incoming clients Supporting daily administrative operations Reviewing and preparing correspondence Preparing outgoing mail and sorting incoming mail as well as couriers Assisting with preparation of boardrooms and meetings Performing ad hoc administrative functions as required What you bring to the job If you already have the following skills, we are looking for you! Post-
