What you’ll do

  • Process all document request while collaborating with the sales team to ensure all requirements are completed
  • Update uniform or document programs in the systems
  • Follow up on sales orders to certify customer needs are being met
  • Cooperate with the fulfillment teams to ensure the completion of sales orders
  • Complete gift card orders; including delivery and activation processes
  • Answer all sales team inquiries and either solve the problem or escalate if required
  • Support Mark’s customer service and sales inquiries
  • Manage incoming leads and then channel to the appropriate teams
  • Provide the sales teams with training and support on internal systems

    What you bring

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an office, retail or customer service setting
  • Strong Computer Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Efficient and adaptable with excellent all-round administrative abilities
  • Active problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, being proactive and flexible
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach
