As Digital Copywriter you must be a confident and articulate writer who is able to work independently and think on your feet to create engaging, persuasive, accurate and relevant content on all manner of subjects.
The Digital Copywriter will be responsible for researching a wide variety of topics in-depth and will be required to create intelligent content from their research (such as technical product information, academic reports, articles, how-
to guides, essays, press releases, blogs, conference programmes, marketing materials and social media content) for publication across a variety of digital and non-digital channels.
As Digital Copywriter you will producing content that is integral to the effectiveness of Future Electronics customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.
Create concise, accurate, information and engaging SEO friendly content for publication across Future Electronics digital channels (and non-digital as required);
Transform sometimes complex technical content into easily understood and engaging copy;
Develop and maintain the content calendar to support marketing campaigns, to align the content across each of the customer touch-
points and to ensure topics are relevant to audience;
Write compelling copy that aligns to Future Electronics brand values and tone of voice;
Work closely with the MarCom, Marketing, Digital Customer Marketing, Digital Customer Experience and Digital Customer Acquisition teams to develop copy that helps to build Future Electronics reputation with customers, suppliers and industry press;
Work closely with internal teams to create unique, relevant, accurate, entertaining and influential content for our customers, suppliers and industry press.
This could include email, marketing landing pages, blog posts, social media posts, campaign microsites, in-depth online guides, printed materials and more;
Write and test copy to optimize the customer journey and content contribution to customer conversion;
Proofread, adapt and edit copy from other team members.
Work with the Digital Customer Acquisition team and using analytics, keyword research and SEO tools to identify content gaps and improve rankings;
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor s degree and 4 - 6 years of relevant experience (a background in eCommerce would be advantageous);
Excellent knowledge of English, Fluent spoken and written;
Experience in creating a range of content including creative copywriting, blog posts, performance content, product copy and press engagement pieces;
Some experience working with third-party agencies;
