BlackBerry has a large network of resellers who sell BlackBerry software products and services to our customers. Keeping this network of resellers functional is a multifaceted, complex ecosystem, and the BlackBerry Channel Operations team is at the heart of it.
Managing BlackBerry selling tools, systems, accounts, and sales data are integral components of the position. The Channel Operations team plays a critical role in the success of our sales channels.
An intern with the Channel Operations team will work on data analysis using Excel and Salesforce reporting tools, deep dive into existing processes and tools to enable core teams to operate efficiently, meet production timelines, and successfully execute sales.
Additionally, you will partner with Operations and System Analysts to support BlackBerry Channel Partners and BlackBerry Sales Teams.

Creating training material (PowerPoint or PDF’s)
Partner Community User Management
Data Management (in Salesforce CRM)
Establish, develop, and maintain strong and effective working relationships with partners, team members, and business contacts
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to represent data and complex concepts in a clear and visually appealing manner
Efficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
